2. Free Plan
Our Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore no refunds are applicable. You may cancel your free account at any time.
3. Paid Subscriptions
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions ($11/month)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Refunds are only available for first-time subscribers
- The refund period starts from the date of purchase
- After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
3.2 Annual Subscriptions ($100/year)
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Annual subscriptions have an extended refund period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

- The refund period starts from the date of purchase
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the applicable refund period:

- Include your account email and reason for refund
- We will process your request within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
5.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan
- Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After the applicable refund period has expired
- For renewals of existing subscriptions
- If you have violated our Terms of Service
- If your account has been suspended or terminated for abuse
- For partial months or years of service
7. Processing Time
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
8. Downgrade vs. Cancellation
8.1 Downgrade to Free Plan
If you want to keep using Apuriya with limited features:
- Cancel your subscription (no refund unless within refund period)
- Your account automatically downgrades to Free at the end of billing period
- Your data is retained but subject to Free plan limitations
8.2 Complete Account Deletion
If you want to delete your account completely:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- No refund is provided for unused service time
9. Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues preventing you from using the service
- Billing errors on our part
- Legal requirements in your jurisdiction
